Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial transactions in a corporate setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business preferred.
• Proficiency with billing software and ERP systems (Dynamics or similar preferred).
• Strong data entry and validation skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve new customer accounts with complete documentation before activation.
• Update and maintain customer account information to ensure ongoing accuracy.
• Generate and process invoices with itemized charges, pricing, discounts, taxes, and terms.
• Scrutinize billing data to minimize disputes and delays.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance to resolve billing issues.
