Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment posting in ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Enter and update customer payments in accounting systems.
• Apply payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, balances, and due dates.
• Assist with AR reconciliations and account reviews.
• Review customer accounts for discrepancies and missing information.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and balances.
• Maintain organized AR records and documentation.
• Prepare aging reports and AR summaries.
• Assist with collections on overdue accounts as needed.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist audits by gathering AR documentation.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
