RethinkFirst seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the accounting and finance team. The role handles end-to-end AP, including invoice entry in Sage Intacct, PO matching, and vendor communications, contributing to timely and accurate financial close.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with Sage Intacct. This is a remote-friendly role with a nationwide scope and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of AP principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with an ERP system such as Sage Intacct preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full-cycle AP function, including entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving docs with proper approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate AP questions to employees, vendors, and internal departments.
• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist with month-end close.
