Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Process vendor invoices and verify against purchase orders and contracts.
• Payment Management: Ensure timely payments to vendors per company policies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain vendor records and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, process employee expense reports, and assist month-end closing.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with internal teams and vendors.
