Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
• 1+ year accounts payable or related experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP and AP software systems.
• Experience supporting 1099 reporting and vendor tax docs.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Verify invoices for documentation, approvals, coding, and terms.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow payment schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries and discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly and maintain records.
• Assist with year-end 1099 reporting and related tasks.
• Support month-end close and AP reconciliations as needed.
