Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with related accounting experience.
• Accounts payable experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial record-keeping practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable duties with accuracy and timeliness to maintain positive vendor relations.
• Verify invoices are approved by proper client personnel.
• Prepare and process payments and maintain vendor files.
• Generate accounts payable aging and weekly check registers.
• Ensure accurate general ledger coding for invoices across multiple entities.
• Maintain recurring payments schedules and vendor disbursements.
• Handle inquiries and discrepancies from clients and entities.
