Job summary

RethinkFirst, a market leader in behavioral and mental health technology, is seeking an AP Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage the full-cycle accounts payable function, process invoices in Sage Intacct, and ensure accurate GL coding.

Responsibilities include reconciling AP accounts, assisting with month-end close, reviewing employee expenses, supporting the procurement system, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience; bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
