RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral and mental health technology, seeks an AP Specialist for its remote-first team. You will manage all AP tasks, maintain accurate GL coding in Sage Intacct, and support month-end close while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Strong Excel skills and 3–5 years of AP experience are required. Remote-first position with national reach, offering comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and a health-dental-vision-retirement package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle AP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsabilités

• Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
