Job summary

RethinkFirst, a market-leading behavioral health technology company, is seeking an AP Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, enter invoices, and ensure accurate GL coding in Sage Intacct.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoicing and GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as the primary user and administrator for the procurement tool.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation.
