Job summary

RethinkFirst in the United States is hiring an A/P Specialist to join the accounting and finance team. You will manage full-cycle AP, process invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding, and monitor the AP inbox.

Key responsibilities include reconciliations, expense reports, corporate card transactions, procurement tool support, and ensuring policy compliance. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3–5 years of AP experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
