Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, invoicing, and payments.

• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills and numerical accuracy.
• Knowledge of invoice matching, reconciliations, and payment processes.
• Ability to manage high volumes with deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, bills, and payment requests accurately.
• Review invoices for approvals, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, receipts, and docs.
• Enter AP transactions into accounting systems and databases.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and process vendor payments per schedules.
• Monitor due dates to ensure timely payments.

• Respond to vendor inquiries about invoices and balances.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing activities related to AP.
