Lithia & Driveway, a leading automotive retailer, seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator to process invoices, manage vendor accounts, and resolve payment issues. Location: West Coast Region. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST/MST. Target hiring range: $22.00–$23.00/hr, with strong emphasis on experience and location. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Remote work experience required.
• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable or related financial operations experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately through AP workflows and systems.
• Manage store locations, vendor accounts, and invoice queues to ensure timely payments.
• Review and validate invoice information in line with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies and payment issues.
• Resolve payment allocation issues and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Prioritize critical service invoices to avoid operational disruption.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to provide prompt support.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Communicate workload challenges and suggest improvements to leadership.
• Support department projects and other business initiatives as assigned.
