Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Florida is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage invoice processing, vendor relationships, and timely payments across our network. The role supports multiple store locations and emphasizes accuracy and customer service.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Target hiring range is $22–$23 per hour, with a broader compensation range of $19.25–$28.50 depending on experience and equity.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of remote work experience is required.
• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable or related financial operations experience.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Customer service mindset and ability to build vendor relationships.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned store locations, vendor accounts, and invoice queues to ensure timely payment.
• Review and update invoice information in compliance with policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Resolve payment allocation issues and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Monitor critical service invoices to prevent operation delays.
• Communicate workload and process improvement ideas to leadership.
• Support department projects and initiatives as needed.
