Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator (remote) to join the Accounts Payable team. You will handle high-volume invoice processing, vendor communications, and timely payments while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years AP experience, strong Excel skills, and a customer-service mindset. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST/MST with a target hourly range of $22–$23.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum remote experience required.
• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable or related experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer-service mindset with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently through AP workflows.
• Manage assigned store locations, vendor accounts, and invoice queues to ensure timely payments.
• Review, validate, and update invoice information in compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies, credits, and payment issues.
• Resolve payment allocation issues and account disputes to maintain vendor relationships.
• Monitor critical service invoices to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners for prompt support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.
• Communicate workload challenges and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Support department projects and other initiatives.
