Lithia & Driveway, a national auto retailer, is hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage invoice processing, vendor accounts, and payment issues with accuracy and timeliness. This role supports multiple store locations across the West Coast region and collaborates with internal teams to improve processes.

The position requires 1–2 years in AP or related finance roles, remote work experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable or related financial operations experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Remote work experience required (1 year minimum).
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently through AP workflows and systems.
• Manage assigned store locations, vendor accounts, and invoice queues to ensure timely payments.
• Review, validate, and update invoice information in compliance with policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies and payment issues.
• Resolve payment allocation issues and maintain vendor relationships.
• Monitor critical service invoices to support uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to provide prompt support.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Communicate workload challenges and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Support department projects and other initiatives.
