Grand Canyon Conservancy is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will partner with the CFO and Controller, lead month-end close, and ensure GAAP-compliant records across NGO and retail operations.

The role is remote, full-time and exempt, with episodic on-site visits about four times per year. Temporary housing and travel are provided for those on-site periods.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• Progressively responsible accounting experience with month-end close and GL reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee general ledger and close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review transactions and ensure proper supporting documentation and coding.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for revenue, deposits, and related activity.
• Reconcile complex GL accounts including investments and balance sheet items.
• Collaborate with CFO, Controller and staff to improve accounting processes.
