Job summary

Western National Parks in Tucson, AZ seeks a Full-Time Accounting Manager Revenue & Receivables to lead AR operations, revenue recognition, and cash processes for a nonprofit partner network. You will supervise 1-2 staff, ensure GAAP compliance, and help close monthly books while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or related field required.
• 2–3 years of experience in nonprofit accounting.
• 2–3 years of experience with Ecommerce and traditional retail sales operations reporting.
• 2–3 years of experience with high-volume bank and credit card activity.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Sage 300 and RetailPro a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass Western National Park's independent employment background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and team.
• Review monthly area sales entries for revenue booking by location and department.
• Post AR payments from various sources including wholesale and philanthropy.
• Track donations, grants, and fiduciary fund usage.
• Reconcile revenue streams and provide monthly reports to Warehouse Manager.
