Job summary

Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and strengthen internal controls. This role reports to the Controller and will guide a small accounting team, driving process improvements and partnering with stakeholders.

The position is remote within approved Lumelight states, offering responsibilities across multi-state operations and collaboration with the CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Public accounting or audit experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting a multi-state or professional services organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close.
• Support monthly and annual financial reporting and internal controls.
• Mentor and delegate to Staff Accountant; coordinate with Controller and CFO.
• Assist with annual audit, tax returns, and other compliance tasks.
