Lumelight is hiring an Accounting Manager to lead our finance team and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will oversee day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and internal controls, while mentoring staff and supporting audits and tax work.

Remote position within approved Lumelight states, with 40 hours/week and a focus on process improvement and accuracy across our professional services client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting or audit experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-state or professional services organizations.
• Remote position within Lumelight approved states; 40 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and internal controls.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with audits, tax returns, and compliance tasks.
• Develop process improvements and document procedures.
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team; collaborate with Controller and CFO.
