Job summary

Lumelight is hiring an Accounting Manager to lead a small accounting team and oversee day-to-day finance operations. You will ensure GAAP-compliant recording, manage month-end close, and support audits and reporting.

The role requires strong technical accounting skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvements across the finance function. Remote position within approved Lumelight states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in GAAP framework.
• Manage month-end close and journal entries.
• Support annual audits and tax compliance tasks.
• Prepare financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Mentor and supervise the staff accountant.
