Job summary

Lumelight, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day finance operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support monthly and annual reporting. The role includes supervising a small accounting team, maintaining internal controls, and partnering with the Controller and CFO to mitigate risk.

The position offers remote work within approved Lumelight states, with standard hours Monday–Friday and opportunities for process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close.
• Prepare and review journal entries.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Assist with annual audits and tax returns.
• Provide leadership to a staff accountant.
• Support internal controls and process improvements.
• Liaise with Controller and CFO on risk mitigation.
