Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Records and approves accounting transactions according to GAAP.
• Reconciles balance sheet accounts and analyzes discrepancies.
• Post and review journal entries.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Help update finance policies and procedures.
• Manage and delegate tasks to the Staff Accountant.
• Support annual audit, tax returns, and compliance tasks.
• Document processes and drive improvements.
