Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting, close processes, and GAAP reporting within a remote-friendly finance team. You will oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls while mentoring a small staff of accountants.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, and is proficient in NetSuite and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP required.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Records and approves accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Reviews balance sheet reconciliations and provides feedback for corrections.
• Post and review journal entries; manage month-end close.
• Assist Controller and CFO in identifying and mitigating risk.
• Support annual audit, tax returns and other compliance tasks.
• Document processes and drive improvements across duties.
