Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience
• Experience leading a small accounting team or similar
• Public accounting or audit exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations
• Support monthly/annual reporting and internal controls
• Assist with audits, tax returns, and compliance tasks
• Mentor and develop junior staff on the team
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on financial matters
