• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Records/approves accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Reviews balance sheet reconciliations and suggests corrections.
• Manages month-end close process and supports financial reporting.
• Mentors a small accounting team and drives process improvements.
• Assists with annual audit, tax returns and compliance tasks.
