Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and internal controls. The role includes journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting monthly and annual reporting, while mentoring a small accounting team and collaborating with the Controller and CFO on risk and process improvements.

Qualified candidates will have GAAP expertise, strong Excel and NetSuite skills, and a background in public accounting or multi-state professional

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting or audit experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-state or professional services organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and internal controls.
• Manage month-end close process and journal entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations.
• Support annual reporting, audits, and tax returns.
