Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day finance operations, ensure GAAP financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls within a growing benefits compliance team.

You will oversee journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, and support audits and tax returns. The role mentors the Staff Accountant and collaborates with the Controller and CFO to drive operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting or audit experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-state or professional services organization.
• Remote position within Lumelight-approved states; 40 hours/week.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and internal controls.
