Job summary

Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support monthly and annual reporting. This role reports to the Controller and mentors a small accounting team to drive accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing the month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, and tax returns, while partnering with the CFO to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations in GAAP compliance.
• Manage journal entries and month-end close processes.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and analyses.
• Support audits, tax returns, and internal control improvements.
• Mentor and supervise a small accounting team.
