McIvor Marketing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and HR Consultant to join our team as an independent contractor (1099). This remote, part-time position focuses on daily transactional accounting, client invoicing, payroll, and HR operations within a fast-paced agency.

The role offers 80 hours per month with bi-monthly pay, with potential to expand to a larger contract and future full-time opportunities.

Competenze

• Associate degree or coursework in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin preferred.
• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping & payroll experience for a small business is a plus.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Xero or similar; strong spreadsheet skills.

Mansioni

• Record daily financial transactions and expenses in accounting software.
• Prepare and issue client invoices, track payments and receivables.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and onboarding/offboarding for team members.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance documentation.
