Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting, have 3+ years of customer service experience, and at least 1 year of training experience, with familiarity in QuickBooks and insurance industry preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of training experience.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and insurance industry is a plus.
• Experience with HawkSoft Client Management System is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with insurance agencies to implement HawkSoft accounting solutions.
• Customize HawkSoft software configuration to meet client needs.
• Conduct training on HawkSoft Client Management System and QuickBooks.
• Maintain necessary customer documentation.
• Resolve product or support issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to team projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
