Job summary

Scaling With Systems seeks an Account Manager to own a portfolio of active clients through a 60-day sprint and into ascension. You are the strategic operator who coaches founders through ad launches, writes or improves copy, and ensures ROI across campaigns while managing timelines and deliverables.

You will work remotely, collaborating with a team to diagnose constraints, deploy four batches of deliverables, and drive client results that justify continued engagements and backend revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing client relationships in a B2B service or agency environment — and clients genuinely liked working with you.
• Strong understanding of paid ads at a strategic level — CPL, close rate, and funnel diagnosis.
• Ability to write — or review and strengthen — persuasive copy (ads, emails, VSL scripts).
• Proficiency with GHL, Asana, Facebook Ads Manager, and a standard CRM without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process and align on offer, avatar, transformation and guarantee.
• Oversee four batches of deliverables: ad copy, VSL/funnel pages, sales scripts, deployment guide.
• Coach clients through recording assets, setting up tech, launching ads, and KPI coaching.
• Monitor KPIs weekly (booked calls, show rate, close rate, cost per booked call) and diagnose improvements.
• Conduct regular account planning check-ins and manage ascension conversations before sprint end.
