StackAdapt, a remote-first technology company, is seeking a seasoned Client Services specialist to own post-sales client relationships, drive platform adoption, and optimize campaigns for ROI. You’ll partner with account executives and cross-functional teams to accelerate campaign performance and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance, ongoing reporting, and hands-on DSP management. While remote-first, emphasis is on candidates near New York City; travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise.
• Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or through a DSP as a self-serve user.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue.
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge.
• Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas.
• Experience with complex databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign goals and optimize to meet KPIs.
• Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting.
• Identify upsell opportunities and improve tools, procedures, and reports for efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize and propose new opportunities.
• Offer strategic thought leadership and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Participate in in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs, and training; travel up to 20%.
