Job summary

Exec To Coach is supporting a client by filling the Account Manager role, fully remote with East Coast business hours. The position focuses on growing client accounts, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely delivery of promotional products.

You will collaborate with sales leadership, finance, creative, and suppliers to meet client goals and maintain clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the promotional products industry (supplier or distributor).
• Proven experience managing projects and client-facing communication.
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with ESP, SAGE, and Company Stores.
• 401K with 3% contribution after 1 year of employment.
• 17 days annual PTO increasing with tenure + paid federal holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned client accounts within a team-based sales structure.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand objectives, timelines, and requirements.
• Manage multiple promotional product projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate sourcing, order execution, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain clear documentation and consistent communication throughout each project.
• Deliver work accurately in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
