Job summary

AI Acquisition is a founder-led, bootstrapped consultancy helping founders scale with AI. You will own a portfolio of clients, diagnosing blockers and driving commercial outcomes across marketing, offers, and fulfillment.

You will run growth workshops, intro calls, and manage escalations on Zoom and Slack, ensuring contracts stay aligned with delivery. This is a remote-first role with a focus on client success and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing account management or equivalent role responsible for client outcomes.
• Experience advising business owners on growing or scaling a business, not just delivering a playbook.
• Familiarity with B2B lead generation mechanics and diagnosing conversion issues.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of active clients across onboarding, growth, scale, and at-risk stages.
• Lead growth workshops, intro calls, and regular check-ins; set the rhythm for the client relationship.
• Manage client expectations, reset when needed, and avoid overpromising.
• Diagnose why a client isn’t getting results across offer, funnel, or sales process and advise actionable fixes.
• Review client contracts and payment flows to provide accurate guidance under pressure.
• Escalate and de-escalate with structure, maintaining professionalism and protecting client relationships.
