Credit Acceptance is seeking an Account Solutions Representative for a remote Florida role. This position offers above-market pay with uncapped monthly bonuses, paid training, and a robust benefits package starting on day one.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls to help customers bring accounts current and prevent repossessions where possible. The role requires a High School Diploma, strong communication, and persuasive skills, with the flexibility to work various schedules in EST.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in keeping accounts current.
• Create solutions to prevent accounts from becoming more delinquent and to stop repossessions when possible.
• Document interactions and update customer contact information accurately.
