Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Nice to have prior customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to keep customers current.
• Create solutions to prevent delinquencies and to stop repossession when possible.
• Professional and respectful communication to help customers bring accounts current.
