Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Remote Account Manager in the United States. The role oversees core service delivery for customers, guiding a team of service professionals and acting as the primary advocate for customers within the service chain.

You will coordinate strategies, opportunities, and collaboration across Sales, CSM, and Service Central to ensure outstanding outcomes. You will drive growth through service agreements and cross-unit opportunities while maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to influence and lead teams.
Experience managing service delivery and customer outcomes.
Familiarity with service lifecycle and sales collaboration.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage customers to enhance satisfaction and generate service opportunities.
Develop tailored account strategies based on customer needs.
Coordinate and track customer interactions, scoping, and service estimates.
Manage sales administrative tasks including bookings and quotes.
Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
