Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Area Account Manager to drive service sales across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic from a remote position. You will build end-user relationships, develop sales plans for service offers, and achieve bookings and revenue targets while traveling within the territory.

You will cultivate partner relationships, coordinate with Russelectric teams, interpret technical data, and deliver compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Marketing or Business Management.
• 5+ years of outside sales or equivalent client facing experience required.
• 7+ years of sales experience in emergency power supply systems and/or power generation.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% within region.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer development strategies to grow Service sales.
• Build a foundation for sustainable service sales growth across PM Agreements and equipment upgrades.
• Manage a pipeline of engaged opportunities and deliver territory forecasts.
• Stay aligned with service management on market conditions and regional opportunities.
• Conduct frequent in-person sales calls and manage existing accounts for incremental revenue.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and RFQs for maintenance, modifications, and upgrades.
• Travel throughout the territory to support customer engagement and sales activity.
• Collaborate with Russelectric Product Sales Reps to attach services to new product offers.
