McGrath Rent Corp is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales from a home office, servicing customers in Northern California, with 25%–50% travel to client sites. The role requires 3+ years of sales experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of rental/lease practices.

Remote work is allowed when not visiting customers, with potential for growth and a company-supported ramp-up. Overnight travel and collaboration with inside sales are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
• Proven selling and closing ability with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of rental and lease practices is required.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Must effectively communicate customer requirements to internal teams.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships within assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers and OEM partners.
• Meet monthly revenue targets in collaboration with inside sales.
• Update activities and records in CRM and maintain accurate data.
• Strategically plan territory activities to execute go-to-market strategy.
