Jack is seeking a customer-obsessed professional to own renewals, growth, and onboarding for a book of enterprise and mid-market customers. You’ll be technical enough to build and fix a workflow yourself, without waiting for an engineer, while engaging with executives beyond daily users.

Responsibilities include renewals, onboarding from kickoff to live production, and leading pricing discussions on usage-based contracts.

Qualifications

• Owned renewals for a book of B2B software customers.
• Debugged technical issues using APIs/JSON/logs and explained simply.
• Led pricing conversations, ideally on usage-based pricing.
• Beats quota consistently and communicates clearly to tickets and buyers.

Responsabilités

• Manage renewals and expansion for ~20 enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Own onboarding from kickoff to production live workflow.
• Lead price-vs-value conversations on usage-based contracts.
• Nurture relationships with buyers and executives beyond day-to-day users.
