Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree and 3+ years sales experience in industrial products.
• Experience with BW, Salesforce.com, and Tool Commerce is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within NY/CT and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all elements of the assigned region.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, listings, and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plans leveraging marketing programs and field resources.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and dealer networks in NY/CT.
• Drive sell-through across SBDK brands and units.
• Support dealers with product knowledge and event marketing.
• Utilize Salesforce and BW to drive efficiencies.
• Manage budgets (T&E, funds, demos) to boost profitability.
