Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join our remote sales team near Kansas City, MO. You will oversee regional growth, build top account relationships, and drive profitability across multiple brands.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial product sales, proficiency in BW, Salesforce, and Tool Commerce, and willingness to travel within Iowa, Missouri, and nearby areas. Competitive compensation reflects base and incentives.

Competenze

4-year college degree preferred.
3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
Understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel; focus Iowa and Missouri and surrounding areas.

Mansioni

Manage and lead all elements of the region.
Responsible for region’s sales growth, profitability, listings, and share gain.
Develop and execute strategic plan by utilizing marketing programs, field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales activities.
Establish relationships with top accounts and key personnel; regularly call on all dealers in assigned area.
Drive sell-through across SBDK brands and strategic business units.
Provide support to dealers on product knowledge, end user work, event marketing and merchandising.
Utilize Salesforce and BW to drive efficiencies.
Effectively manage budgets (T&E, Targeted Funds, Demo Tool) to drive profitability.
