GuestReady is seeking an Account Manager – Owner Success (English Speaker) to join our remote UK-focused team as a freelance/independent contractor. You will manage a portfolio of property owners, respond to inquiries, monitor performance and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, while identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.

The role requires 1–3 years in account management or customer success, fluent English, and availability during UK working hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Ability to manage client relationships and act as main contact.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with a portfolio of property owners.
• Handle day-to-day owner requests and follow up on matters.
• Monitor property performance and explain results to owners.
• Coordinate with Operations, Guest Experience, Revenue Management and Finance.
• Record communications and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Propose improvements to owner experience and processes.
• Resolve owner questions, escalating when needed.
