Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Account Manager to own client relationships at a fast-moving offshore staffing and HR platform placing vetted global talent into U.S. companies. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, keeping placements on track and ensuring clients stay engaged.

This role offers 100% remote work with availability during US business hours. You will work directly with the founders and have high ownership over how you manage and grow client relationships,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small business environment.
• Experience in B2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary contact from placement through ongoing engagement.
• Proactively surface issues, risks, or opportunities before they become problems.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and placements.
• Maintain records of client interactions and account status.
