Job summary

iRemote Professionals is seeking an experienced Tenant & Owner Success Manager to support a growing property management company. This role acts as the primary contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.

You'll build relationships, coordinate with leasing, maintenance, and accounting teams, and maintain accurate records in property management systems. The position is 100% remote, full-time, with hours aligned to U.S. Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication is required.
• Clear, confident, professional spoken English.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience in property management, real estate, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Able to work independently and follow through.
• Experience with Property Management software such as AppFolio, RentVine, Buildium or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and residents.
• Provide clear, timely updates regarding properties, maintenance, leasing, and other operational matters.
• Handle tenant and owner concerns professionally, including difficult conversations.
• Coordinate with leasing, maintenance, accounting, and property management teams.
• Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure tasks are completed from start to finish.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve tenant satisfaction and owner retention.
• Maintain accurate notes, records, and communication within property management systems.
• Manage multiple priorities while providing a high level of customer service.

This role serves as a key point of contact for both property owners and tenants, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and residents.
• Provide clear, timely updates regarding properties, maintenance, leasing, and other operational matters.
• Handle tenant and owner concerns professionally, including difficult or sensitive conversations.
• Coordinate with leasing, maintenance, accounting, and property management teams.

Schedule & Compensation

Pay: $14 USD per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: Must be available to work U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours

Location: 100% Remote

Position: Full-Time
