Job summary

Pitchup.com is seeking a Multilingual Account Coordinator to join our global Account Management team. The role focuses on onboarding campsite owners through our self-serve portal, handling renewals, and driving revenue by optimizing listings and pricing across markets.

You will work from home in the UK with equipment provided, collaborating with Sales and Customer Service to resolve complex inquiries and grow the Pitchup network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of managing B2B accounts in a fast-paced (ideally e-commerce) environment.
• Experience in telesales is a plus.
• Experience of working with online portals or SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new campsite owners and set them up for success using the self-serve portal.
• Manage renewals and proactively engage with existing sites to maximise opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with Sales to transition sites to activation.
