Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, client success, or similar client-facing roles in a B2B environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with a professional, responsive style.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously in a small business setting.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage client interactions and account health.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary contact from placement through ongoing engagement.
• Build trust-based relationships to ensure clients feel supported and well-served.
• Proactively surface issues, risks, or opportunities before they escalate.
• Coordinate with recruiting, operations, and leadership to resolve complex client situations.
