Applied Technical Services, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to grow our Inspection business in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services. The role partners with operations leadership to deliver services and maintain profitable revenue across clients.

This position is remote and supports Phoenix, AZ; relocation to the area is considered. Responsibilities include revenue growth, CRM usage, client relationships, and proactive business development in ATS’s Inspection divisions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Commercial Experience.
• 3 years of NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Service Experience.
• CRM experience in Salesforce or Dynamics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel 50%-80%.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets as set by ATS Leadership.
• Utilization of CRM Microsoft Dynamics to document customer opportunities, quotes, and touchpoints.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM to forecast future revenues.
• Establish relationships with clients in the C-Suite and mid-level management.
• Work with ATS operations to align on bid responses and scheduling needs.
• Proactively prospect for new business opportunities for all Inspection departments.
• Use databases, social media, and the internet to find new projects and customers.
• Attend budgeted trade shows for lead generation as needed.
• Mentor and train new sales team members.
