Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) in Greenville, SC is seeking an Account Manager to grow our Inspection business in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services. The successful candidate will partner with operations leadership and service teams to deliver award-winning services to clients.

The AM is responsible for growing, maintaining, and sustaining profitable revenue streams with assigned and new clients, leveraging CRM tools, attending trade shows as needed, and mentoring junior

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in industrial services sales.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50–80%.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets.
• Document opportunities in CRM with all required customer details and activity.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM to forecast future revenues.
• Establish relationships with clients at the C-Suite and mid-level management.
• Coordinate scheduling needs with ATS operations and provide voice of customer insights.
• Proactively prospect for new business opportunities for all Inspection departments.
• Use databases, social media, and the internet to find new projects and customers.
• Attend budgeted trade shows for lead generation.
• Mentor, teach, and train new sales team members.
