Job summary

Applied Technical Services (ATS) is seeking an Account Manager to grow the Inspection business in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services. This remote role supports Phoenix, AZ, with candidates ideally living in the region or willing to relocate.

You will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and align with operations to deliver top-tier service. Requirements include 3 years in commercial sales and NDT or related services, CRM experience, strong communication, and

Qualifications

3 years of Commercial Experience
3 years of NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Service Experience
CRM experience in Sales Force or Dynamics
Strong communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to travel 50–80% of the time
Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets as set by ATS Leadership
Utilize CRM to document customer opportunities, quotes, and touchpoints
Maintain pipeline in CRM to forecast future revenues
Establish relationships with clients at C-Suite and mid-level management
Coordinate with ATS operations for voice of customer and bid responses
Prospect for new business opportunities for Inspection departments
Use databases, social media, and the internet to identify new projects and customers
Attend budgeted trade shows for lead generation and represent ATS
